Patients have three options to refill prescriptions:
1. On-Line Using Patient Gateway
Patients enrolled in Patient Gateway may conveniently request a prescription refill on-line by logging in with their “username” and “password”, then selecting “Prescription” under the “Request” tab.
Patients not enrolled in Patient Gateway may sign up at Patient Gateway and select “Enroll Online”.
2. Ask Your Pharmacist
Request that your pharmacist fax a “Prescription Refill Request” to the: Office of Dr. Peter Rapoza at: 617-573-1065.

Call 800-635-0489 or Click Here and provide the following information:
- Clearly state and spell your FULL NAME
- Your DATE OF BIRTH
- Your OCB Physician (Dr. Peter Rapoza)
- PHARMACY Name/Location
- MEDICATION Name
It is important to plan ahead so your prescription is ready when you need it!
Prescription refill requests received between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday, will be filled within 24 hours. Refill requests received after normal office hours will be filled within 24 hours following the next business day.
